ABOUT THE EVENT:
An interactive session was organized on “Sales without selling, Future of sales and marketing” on 3rd December, 2019 for the student of MBA I SEM. BIMS organized Guest Lecture by Mr. VijaiBasavaraj.G, Performance Development Facilitator & Speaker
VijaiBasavaraj has over 18+ years of professional experience having worked with various multinationals like Pfizer, L’Oreal, Kellogg and NIIT. His varied experience across industries in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Food and Education has given him the exposure to work with organizations that believe in building the People first than Products. Before moving into training and pursue his passion, his last assignment was as a Deputy GM with one of MNC’s.Corporate Training & Business Coaching:
VijaiBasavaraj is a Certified Trainer & NLP MASTER Practitioner having who has trained more than 15000 plus participants. More than training he is known to make people implement on what they have learnt.
The session started with the brief introduction of SWOT and its application at personal level ,sales, self selling , self assessment of sales and business professionals before getting into actual business. He shared many inside stories which helped students to learn the facts. He shared many examples related to self assessment that how actually they attracted their customers and what are the strategies they were using at the time of sales.
Lecture ended with the question and answer session.
